In a very short time Radhika Apte became a famous celeb of Indian cinema, She is getting praised for her excellent performance in each of her movies (Including short film Ahalya). And now she is signed for a tamil movie opposite superstar Rajnikanth!

Speaking about the film and her role, Radhika Apte mentioned that the subject is very different and she has a strong, meaty and a performance oriented role in the film. According to her, the film will tentatively go on floors by the end of August.

Radhika was very excited for this and said "There is no bigger star than Rajinikanth and that she is really excited to meet him." She also added "Pa. Ranjith (the director of the said film) is also exceptionally good."
